The answer is No.  Everything about the instructions in that link does work, EXCEPT for all mail, which does not appear - which is very strange.

The solution is to run a Backup and Restore from TheBat! itself, and all mail will be there.

I'm using version 6.8.8 of TheBat!, and need to move it to a new computer.  Are the instructions on this page still current?
