Here is some advice given recently on TBUDL (it helped AJ):

In here you will find some GUIDs. Inspect each one, looking at the ProductName. Delete the key that corresponds to The Bat! and try installing again.

Hi all,

I tried to install v3.5 on top of v3.5 RC9, but the installation failed.
Then I uninstalled RC9 by deleting all files in The Bat! directory, because the uninstall file apparently got lost when I tried to do the "on top" installation...
I deleted all The Bat references in the registry as well.

Then I tried to do a clean v3.5 Final install, but it fails every time.

I get these messages while running the "thebat_prossional.msi" it stops...:

and

I don't know how to solve this. Can somebody out there help me to solve this, please...?
