			Virtual folders *reduce* the number of folders to manage. All your inbox folders can reside in one virtual folder and all your sent folders can be managed from one virtual folder. 			Investigate use of Virtual Folders. That is how you view and manage all accounts as though they were one. It works very well. You will want a virtual folder for inboxes, sent mail, trash mail any other consistent category. good luck,<br />david <br />

			I have over 10 email accounts. <br /><br />Is there a way to have this client automatically receive new mail automatically without having to go to each account?<br /><br />Additionally, is there a way to sort ALL your messages from multiple accounts by read or unread status so they all appear at the same time? <br />
