Sometimes, I find The Bat! to be overwhelming. There seem to be several places to change the same thing. I have calmed down a bit now and will stay with The Bat!.
The support is top-hole and the help I have been given here is great too. How could I leave?
Cheers
DrT
Thanks for the link David. I have found a couple of bugs in the html editing department that are show-stoppers for me.
Cheers
DrT
PS The bugs have been confirmed.
Well, if you must... I suggest adding the import/export addon from <noindex>https://freeshell.de/~kaosmos/mboximport-en.html</noindex> as it is a nice toolbox for importing and exporting in Tbird. But I don't think Tbird shows paragraph marks either. You will need an addon for editing HTML directly as it's easy to get tripped up when composing occasionally, and being able to edit HTML directly is necessary to fix the issue. But Tbird is a good product; I won't throw rocks at it. Many of its features are in addons and, since Tbird is going through a major upgrade for the near future, the developers haven't been able to keep up with all the changes - but I'm sure that will eventually get worked out.

Just a thought.. ver 8.4 of TB! introduced some impressive HTML facilities that I don't think exist anywhere else. Good luck,

david
As much as I love The Bat! I am having to fight with it too much to try to bend it too my will. The latest is the difficulty in trying to get html formatting sorted out. It should be as easy as using a word processor but it is not; especially as paragraph marks do not appear in templates.

I want to give Thunderbird a try so what is the lastest info on exporting all my emails to Thunderbird please?

Thanks.
