For what it's worth, I've had excellent success with the freeware DAVMAIL product to allow TB! to access Exchange accounts.

It doesn't even detect the Exchange Server in setting up the account. I have been using Outlook 365 quite nicely for the past 2 years with this account, but when I try to create it in TheBat! it fails.

Exchange setups seem to vary a lot. I've had my share of problems. Have you notified tech support of the error you're receiving? The web help does acknowledge indirectly that the setup process may be a bit dicey. Good luck.
