			Thank you Daniel. That's works great. &nbsp;I never thought about using Any Message and then an AND NOT. Seems so simple now. <br />

			I think it's Address Groups that have a 'does not contain' option. Tags only have Match All / Match Any options.<br /><br />However, you could still create a filter with conditions like this:<br /><br />ANY MESSAGE<br />AND NOT<br />(start block)<br />TAGS | MATCH ALL OF | "whatever"<br />(end block)<br /><br />Here, the NOT operator should cause the filter to exclude the matching messages like you want. <br />

			I have some emails that have both tags and special group but I can't find a way to exclude any of these. &nbsp;There is a &quot;does not match/contain&quot; option but applies to tags but most of my emails don't have tags anyway. <br />

			In the Advanced Filtering conditions of your tab, you can create an 'AND NOT' block that matches certain tags or address groups. <br />

			I was surprised to find that I couldn't create a message list tab that excluded specific Tags or Groups in the message list. &nbsp;Unless I've missed something. Have I? <br />
