Hi Michel, I do not have an answer, but did you also report this directly to Ritlabs' technical support? (<noindex>https://www.ritlabs.com/en/support/</noindex>)

This is mostly a user-to-user forum, and I doubt if a fellow user will be able to help you with this issue.
Hi,

I use The Bat! 64-bit and Windows 7 pro 64-bit. Both in French - the referenced image files are attached to this message.
Yesterday, during a session while I modified a filter by making a secondary filter The Bat! froze. I had to close the Windows7 session and open it again.
Once done everything seems to work normally however it is now impossible to access the filter configuration screen.
The Bat's upd ate from 'thebat_64_8-7' to 'thebat_64_8-8' solved this problem. However, the tags configured in previous sessions have disappeared . They remain visible by 'show ignored' but are not usable.
The 'ignore' button removes the strikethrough their name but that's it.
I tried to solve this problem either by trying to create new ones or by deleting them and recreating them. But that I create a new label or that I recreate one of those which I just erase, the label thus created is found only visible by 'show ignored', it is striked like all the others and is not usable.
Editing by 'edit' then modification and validation records the changes but does not change the unavailability of the label.
'Add default tag's se t' produces no effect. We use the tags especially in the filtering of incoming mails. An idea for it to work again? Thank's!
