Thanks David.  I hadn't spotted the .txt files as I had searched for .log files.  log.txt and ex_log.txt don't log the connections.

I'm trying Daniel's suggestions to see if that gets me what I want.

I can see them going back several months from within The Bat. Account | Properties | Options has a setting for the desired maximum log file size, and a 'verbose' option. Have you tried those? Also, Account | Transport | Protocol Logging has settings for additional send/receive logs.

See if there is an ex_log.txt file in your mail directory.  That may have the info you are seeking.

I'm trying to find the location of the Bat's connection logs to try to establish when a problem on the mail server started and when it was fixed.  Viewing logs from within the Bat only seems to show from the current time onwards.
