Creating a standard email response?

Creating a standard email response? Creating an email that is sent repeatedly? in forum The Bat! - Templates and Macros.
You can make a Quick Template, or create a filter for this purpose. Both would consist of a trigger and a template for the message that you want to generate. This template would include your text, as well as macro commands to include attachments, quote the customer's message, et cetera. See the Help for these subjects, and let us know if you run into any problems.
Hi,

I tend to send the same email to multiple people:

1) I manually copy and paste the details into it (body and subject).
2) Then add a couple of attachments
3) Send it.

How can that process be automated in BAT?

I want to be able to pull up a standard email... add the receivers email(s) and then send it.

This would save a LOT of time... as doing it manually is boring, time consuming and subject to mistakes.

Can someone suggest how this might be best done?
