It sounds like you're composing in plain text mode. Look at bar at bottom of compose screen. It needs to say HTML for you to see that menu. You can set HTML there for a specific email or go to options>preferences>Viewereditor and set HTML as your preferred edit mode.

Hi, my toolbar has disappeared when I go to send a new email, reply, forward etc. Its the tool bar that has the font size, underline etc and I cannot change the font size when typing an email and its need especially when copying text to an email. Any ideas on how to get that toolbar back ?
