UPDATE
Bayes Filter Plugin 2.0.2 is no longer working for me either.  I have made several attempts today to uninstall, clear the registry entries and re-install.  Nothing seems tp correct the problem now.  Until an updated version of Bayes Filter Plugin is released, I will use the BayesIt plugin.

I had a similar problem with BayesFilter v2.0.2.  I finally uninstalled the app.  I then cleared out the registry entries (I use RegVac).  I downloaded a "fresh" copy of v2.0.2 and re-installed.  Thus far, evrything seems to be running fine and the path to the plugin has not disappeared.

Did you try an older version from BayesFilter? As far as I've heard this problem only occurs with BayesFilter v2.0.2

Hi,

I'm having the same problem here, every time I restart The Bat, Bayes Filter is removed from the plugin list (no other plugins installed). Also, when I check the option to use a shared spam folder, that one is unchecked after restating The Bat as well. Quite unnerving really. Using 3.5 Final... Anyone knows a fix for this?

using 3.5 home registered

I downloaded the bayes filter cos i couldnt get bayesit to work (blacklist not remembered, and anyway, it never scanned, though properly installed etc).
But with this plug its even worse, when i add it to the plug in list in spam section, its all ok, it scan mails i mark as junk/not junk etc.
But when i close and restart thebat, its gone, i have to re-enter the path to the plugin etc, all gone

(this is with achims bayes plug, latest version)
