If you had a filter in the Sorting Office that forwards mail, it should be in the sorting office for that particular account, most likely in the Incoming Mail section there.

If you had a regular forward template, look in the Properties of that account, then Templates | Forward.

If you're looking for something else, please be more specific.

I have previously modified the Forward template we use in "Sorting Office/Filters" but for the life of me I cannot remember where this template is located.
