			On my PC, TB! doesn't default to backing up all messages, so they may not be there unless you expressly specified all messages and all folders. &nbsp;In future, my suggestion is to just make a copy of the mail directory with Windows Good luck.<br />david &nbsp; <br />

			Hello all , &nbsp;i have a serious issue here , i did a backup with The Bat! 8.8.9 on windows 10, after formatting the OS i tried restoring back .. but messages are empty , &nbsp;How can i view an important message please ! <br />
