Yes, that's possible.
Start a new schedule at TB's scheduler.
Tools -> Scheduler -> Repeating tasks
and pick 'Backup' as action.
Didn't try it for myself though.

I was wondering if there is a way to automate the creation of a backup? I'd like to be have all of the features of a normal backup but be able to have it run as a scheduled task overnight when the computer is not in use.
