Okay, I give up. I know I've done this, but can't remember how. F4 is fine for a single recipient, and I know there is a keystroke combination for multiple recipients, but I can't find it documented anywhere. If I have a frustration with TB!, it's the issue of documentation. Looking forward to a response. Thanks,
