Thanks for the reply but I do use them. That is the ones I made, all the standard ones I deleted.

I think they are  held in a special file so I don't think so but one option, if you're not using them, is to hide them.

Options->Preferences->Message Tags

Select one of the tags you don't want to use and then click on Ignore.

1) As above, not all but some of the tags are created in capital letters. Even when I remove them and make sure that there aren't any emails using and create the new they show up it capital.

2) Is it possible to uninstall thebat but only keep the accounts but not the settings and anything else?
