My PC crashed. I downloaded the most recent version of the Bat and I'm having a problem getting the New message header to display more than the TO, CC, and Subject fields.

I went into View Message Header and turned on the BCC field
I went into the Viewer Editor and moved the BCC field up below the CC field.

Here's the problem, when I open a New Message the BCC field doesn't appear on the screen. If I click on the down arrow on the right, I can get to it, but it is below the Editing options line.

How do I get it to display above the line containing all the Editing options?
