Right click on toolbars - customize - find your button in commands and do drag&drop

You can add not only missed by you "delete button", you can "anything" from menu commands as button.

Daniel .. thanks for that.  There wasn't a 'restore to default' anywhere.  Though this did lead me to look at the toolbars and 'standard' was not checked.

I wasn't paying attention and i accidentally did something to remove the delete button from the UI.  I think I dragged the mouse over but not sure.  How can I get the delete button back?
