My experience with TB! on restores has been that restoring the registry has always fixed whatever problem I have. And for that, I developed a small utility available at <noindex>https://davidkirk.org/thebat/</noindex> to do that. It may not work for your situation, but it may. Good luck.

david
Had a bit of an accident last night due to being on the computer when vy tired. Noticed that the free space had increased from 50% of the drive to 85% after booting this morning!
Did a restore from the previous day's backup and then attempted a restore. I found that my toolbars and right-click menus were no longer editable. Also, each restore added extra items to the previously mentioned locations.
Had to restore the config by manually copying the config files from the backup. I have had preoblems before with The Bat!'s backup/restore system.

Cheers
DrT
