When I move a message from one folder to another, both under the same email account, two wrong things occur:

1. Only some of the messages move. For example if I move 2 only 1 moves.
   
2. Some of the messages stay in the source folder in addition to moving to the target one.
   

Both issues above occur inconsistently, meaning with some messages while not with others.
Those issues make it very hard to work with email.
Did any one else experienced the same?

The email account in question is an IMAP account. Not sure if it has anything to do w/ it.
I'm using 9.1.18 (64-bit) on Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
