I confirmed with Tech Support on the registry key: it&#39;s the same in all versions. If the original poster&#39;s registry has something else, it&#39;s likely either corrupted or illegal and I encourage him to confirm its source. My utility at <noindex><a href="https://davidkirk.org/thebat/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://davidkirk.org/thebat/</a></noindex> has been active since early 2017 and never a problem. <br />

While the utility I wrote isn&#39;t required, I cannot investigate if the affected individual does not report the information. The utility extracts the normal reg entry, i.e., &nbsp;HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT &nbsp; so I would need more info to fix this. If he is using a trial version, possibly that is different? <br /><br />david <br />

and you can also speak specifically to the root folder of the program the bat in which files are the settings still located? <br />

I tried it, but it gives an incomprehensible error every time: <noindex><a href="https://pastenow.ru/9QXAF" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://pastenow.ru/9QXAF</a></noindex>: says that - the specified section or parameter cannot be found in the registry <br />

Many settings are stored in the registry. Fellow forumer David Kirk wrote a tool that lets you save those settings. <br />See <noindex><a href="https://www.ritlabs.com/en/auth-forums/forum4/topic12953/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.ritlabs.com/en/auth-forums/forum4/topic12953/</a></noindex><br /><br />Other settings are stored in the mail folder. If you make regular backups of that folder, the settings files will be part of that. <br />

Hello, how to export and import back all settings of the &#39;the bat&#39; ? (export of added mail adresses is not important) <br />
