I have added the "Edit as New" and "Resend" items to the message list popup menu and placed them near the top of that menu.  All works well until I close the TB and reopen it, at which time the "Edit as New" item always returns to the last place in the menu (but the "Resend" item remains in position).  To try to fix the problem I've removed the "Edit as New" item, closed TB, then re-added it, but the problem persists.  Suggestions are appreciated
