When you on list of messages window just start typing and you will see that you are type in quick search field

You can find shortcut applying tab in the customize menu (right  click  on any button - choose customize)

You're need to close all message list tabs for start looking new fast search. I do have manually added shortcut for this operation.

I've looked into the help section, but don't see anything search related there.

How to use the quick search box correctly?

I have tried to search for

nintendo

and all emails related to that displayed.

then I wanted to search for

sony

so I have deleted the word nintendo and wrote sony.

But instead of searching for sony a search was done for nintendo and sony, and no emails were found.

what I need to do to start a new search quickly from the search box?
