Yes. This is unrelated to The Bat. "Program Files" and the folders and subfolders within it are effectively read-only due to Windows' built-in User Access Control (UAC). Don't try to store data or .INI settings files there.

Hi, during new TheBat 9.3 installation,under Windows 10 x64, is it not possible to select "Mail directory" inside Program directory C:\Program Files\The Bat!\, for example C:\Program Files\The Bat!\Mail\ and proceed to the next step.

I have chosen the standard folder and went to the next step and I changed it later to C:\Program Files\The Bat!\Mail\ inside the program, but the program does not work as it should (attachments do not work via drag and drop)
Is this an access rights problem to C:\Program Files\The Bat!\ ?
