First of all , I'm going to apologize for my english, it's poor.


in my case mi aplication the

C:\Users\Juan\AppData\Roaming\The Bat!\CONFIG.CDB    ( the size is 186mb)

i have searchig informatio  about this : config.cdb has the settings file for system hotleys, viewing modes and mail list tabs;

i have do a backup , and after delete.

When de app star again, the file is created again ( now the size is 26kb)

And now  the app close  more faster.

!! Be carefull, revise your configuration and setting( or make a printscreen of you configuration), because these now are by default.


I think that this solution is not new  but i woulk to share this with you shuch as Boris

I have worked  with older version ( from 4.0) and maybe there is any solution like this.




If you want to comback to previus configuration,  you must only to restore you backup
