It looks like this feature isn't added to the list of shortcuts. All that you can do — ask a support to add this and other threads menu commands to the shortcut adding list in the "Customize"
Thanks.
Yes, I use the right (and left) arrow keys and they open (and close) just the one thread.
The right arrow key opens the thread one step at a time which in most cases is all that is needed.
Some threads are 20+ messages deep requiring 20+ keypresses so in that case opening the whole thread in one go using ctrl+"+" is useful.
Pressing ctrl+"right arrow" does not have the same effect. On the desktop and laptop PCs it sends the focus off to some unrelated message (outside the thread).
And left arrow is used to close the thread (if you stay not on main message then press left arrow twice or few times when you have few threads inside another threads).
Did you ever try to press "right arrow"? This is clone of CTRL+"+"
I use a threaded message view. On my desktop PC to expand a thread I use the numeric keypad '+' key to expand one level and the Ctrl and '+' keys to expand the entire thread.
On my laptop there is no numeric keypad and the '+' key is the shifted '=' key.
On the laptop pressing Ctrl and shifted '=' expands all threads.
How can I just expand just the one thread?
Is it possible to assign the Ctrl and '=' key combination to expand one thread and if so, how?
