In my old v8, I believe the settings under "Options | Preferences | Viewer/Editor | Profile Layout" change what my plain text editing looks like.

I've looked in Templates but I can't figure out where I can make the replied plain-text font be larger.
For that matter, I don't even see the selection for Font when dealing with plain text replies.
