Considering that they are tools like Archivarius which are able to index mails from The Bat, I really don't understand why Ritlabs never tried to implement such a basic (and really useful) feature:  http://www.likasoft.com/document-search/features.shtml

I do ask this too. And too many years ago. Killed Opera Mail many years ago was do 2-3 seconds search for any words that was inside all messages text, for example. There is no such cool feature in TB! On other hand we can use complex conditions in TB! search.

I've been using The Bat for many years without upgrades and now I came back to check what has changed and if it's worth upgrade. I'm surprised to see that there is no indexed search. Even freeware e-mail clients have it and nowadays and it seems like a must have feature.

Do you know why it's not implemented?
