A couple hours ago, TB! stopped being able to send and receive on only one of my many email accounts. I've already gone to my domain host, and all is well there.

TB!'s error log says that POP.log and SMTP.log can't be found. Here's what the error log says:

====quote====
2022-04-29, 17:34:04: FETCH - receiving mail messages
2022-04-29, 17:34:04: FETCH - Connecting to POP3 server mail.de.opalstack.com on port 995
2022-04-29, 17:34:04: FETCH - Initiating TLS handshake
>2022-04-29, 17:34:04: FETCH - Certificate S/N: 0362CD8AD43ED32C796E19D861753555094C, algorithm: RSA (2048 bits), issued from 2/28/2022 4:42:53 AM to 5/29/2022 4:42:52 AM, for 1 host(s): *.de.opalstack.com.
>2022-04-29, 17:34:04: FETCH - Owner: *.de.opalstack.com.
>2022-04-29, 17:34:04: FETCH - Issuer: US, Let's Encrypt, R3.
2022-04-29, 17:34:04: FETCH - TLS handshake complete
!2022-04-29, 17:34:04: FETCH - Cannot open file "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\The Bat!\joelyoungmusic\POP.log" The system cannot find the path specified
2022-04-29, 17:34:04: FETCH - connection finished - 0 messages received

2022-04-29, 17:36:47: SEND - sending mail message(s) - 1 message(s) in queue
2022-04-29, 17:36:47: SEND - Connecting to SMTP server smtp.de.opalstack.com on port 465
2022-04-29, 17:36:47: SEND - Initiating TLS handshake
>2022-04-29, 17:36:48: SEND - Certificate S/N: 0362CD8AD43ED32C796E19D861753555094C, algorithm: RSA (2048 bits), issued from 2/28/2022 4:42:53 AM to 5/29/2022 4:42:52 AM, for 1 host(s): *.de.opalstack.com.
>2022-04-29, 17:36:48: SEND - Owner: *.de.opalstack.com.
>2022-04-29, 17:36:48: SEND - Issuer: US, Let's Encrypt, R3.
2022-04-29, 17:36:48: SEND - TLS handshake complete
!2022-04-29, 17:36:48: SEND - Cannot open file "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\The Bat!\joelyoungmusic\SMTP.log" The system cannot find the path specified
=============

What I don't understand is it's looking for the log files in a folder called joelyoungmusic, but it's actually named joelyoungmusic.com, and the log files are in there. I believe this is what's causing the issue, but I don't know how to resolve it, and no idea why it changed in the first place.

I closed TB! and reopened; rebooted my computer, and even upgraded to the latest version, but no change.

I can access my mail via the host's webmail interface, but that's only halfway helpful since I can't download the mail via POP3.
