Have you tried the 'Mail Management' settings in the Account Properties, and the 'IMAP Fine-tune' dialog below it, to see if any of the settings there make a difference?

I have no IMAP accounts myself, so hopefully someone with more knowledge of IMAP will respond soon.

Hi,

I've installed The Bat! many times in the past and this hasn't happened, so I'm baffled.

I just installed The Bat! 10.1 on a new PC running Windows 11. I started it up and it downloaded all my Inbox messages. However, I have many folders, but only the four default folders are in the folder tree.

"Manage IMAP Folders" shows them all and they're all check-marked. But how do I get them to show up in the folder tree and get The Bat! to download their content?
