If this is the case, downgrading to a version with the old editor may help (probably only for messages sent using the old version, though). Or waiting for a new TB release where the old editor could be reintroduced, as was hinted somewhere in this forum before.
I downloaded Thunderbird and that worked GREAT!

Was a lot less work than doing this:
====quote====

How do you print the image -- describe your steps from launching The Bat.
=============

And this:
====quote====

Have you tried printing the message from a web browser? Export message.html and the attachments to the same folder and open message.html in your browser.
=============

Am "still" using the TB, at least for now, and if anyone else solves the problem of the missing images I'd like to hear about it!

THANKS!
Which versions of The Bat and Windows?

Are the images included with the HTML message (as attachments) or do they come from elsewhere on the internet?

How do you print the image -- describe your steps from launching The Bat.

Have you tried printing the message from a web browser? I tried to print the SENT message to pdf and also the BCC'd mail to myself, same result. 2 of the 3 images don't show up.

Is there a fix?

Thanks,

Christine

-- I remembered that I struggled with that before and redirecting to gmail works, HOWEVER, it's not a good solution because these are exhibits in court and I need to show the actual recipients of the emails, not my gmail account.
