It should be. You can make a filter for incoming mail in the sorting office of the account that the Airbnb messages arrive in. The filter would have an appropriate condition (e.g. one that matches messages sent by airbnb, or messages that have a specific subject line), and the action to perform would be to Forward matching messages to your Gmail address.

This should work as long as your PC is 'on' and regularly checking your mail.
