Did you choose a location where Windows (User Access Control) does not allow you to write, such as Program Files?

I have been trying to install 'the bat!' 10.3.3 for a trial but no matter what option I choose when the install gets to 'choose mail folder'  then following that all I get when I try to run the bat is 'Failed to create working directory' which is followed by the path for the directory of whatever option I had tried.
I then have to uninstall and reinstall to try again, the repair option never helps.
Any ideas?
