Reoloff,

The AV appears as;
Access violation at address 77A4C19E. Read of address 77A4C19E. as you quoted, when I try to close the page the warning reappears consistantly until I hit Ctl Alt Delete.

I will repost this at;

<noindex>https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/main_page.php</noindex>

Thanks,

Moliase

Access Violation at Address in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
An AV means that something went awry.
Might be a bug in TB.
When does it happen, what version are you using, what OS? All these things are important.
What's important too are the addresses for the AV, they look like:
Access violation at address 77A4C19E. Read of address 77A4C19E.

When you've got that, you'd best write an entry in bug track:
You can insert bugs in the bugtracker, by logging in to:
<noindex>https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/main_page.php</noindex>
Choose 'The Bat' and add a new item.
First check whether someone has reported the same bug, then you can
add a note to that bug.
Bugs that are reported by more users are more likely to get attention
than bugs by one. And the system isn't smart enough to understand
that bugs might be the same.
And add just one bug per entry. Makes everything easier, both for
other users who want to add a note and for the developers.
