The Bat needed to be restarted. I had to do a full system refresh and then it's back in business.

Strange! My understanding is that your provider is irrelevant when it comes to the %POSTPONE macro. It simply causes The Bat to wait a specified time before it sends out your message. If that doesn't work with Gmail, maybe The Bat sends out your mail with the original timestamp of when you wrote the mail, and Gmail doesn't accept these 'older' messages?
