			An update. There&#39;s a hint which helps, but the problem returns. Also in the newest V11 release.<br /><br />After reporting the problem through a support ticket in October, I received an answer from Alexander Petrari, who recommended running The Bat v10 with &quot;/reg:newprofile&quot; parameter - creating new identities, establishing and configuring all e-mail accounts from scratch. That hint did help indeed. It took me a lot of time to configure The Bat! and all e-mail accounts, plus filters, and to synchronize with servers but eventually I was able to use The Bat! without freezing... till today.<br /><br />Now the problem is back regardless if executing with or without the /reg:newprofile switch. Tried the fresh V11 version but it also misbehaves. It freezes as well on any editor window opening but unlike V10 it additionally causes 100% single CPU core load. The V10 remains humbly unresponsive using 0% CPU when frozen. So there&#39;s a difference but not a positive one.<br /><br />None of V10 versions I tried work for me. The V11 doesn&#39;t work either. I&#39;m forced to use v9.5.1 - the last correctly behaving release.<br /><br />Also tried the &quot;single process CEF&quot;, which doesn&#39;t help. Switching to other editor types doesn&#39;t help either.<br /><br />Looking for another hint from the RitLabs support. <br />

			Same issue here. I&#39;m installing every new v10 version with a hope for a proper fix. Also v10.5.1 today. Unfortunately, all The Bat! revisions released in the last year or so - freeze immediately when opening a mail editor window.<br /><br />The good old V9.5.1 still works fine. I should demand a refund for the v10, which has never actually worked.<br /><br />Are the Ritlabs engineers even working on the problem? Any method to contact them directly and potentially help (sending log files, etc.?) <br />

			<p>I encountered a similar issue with version 10.4 of The Bat email client. Whenever I attempted to respond to an email, the program would freeze for 20-30 seconds. Additionally, switching between active windows and returning to an open window of The Bat caused the same freezing problem. I resolved it by uninstalling version 10.4.0.1 and reinstalling 10.3.3.3, which resolved the freezing. It seems there might be a problem with the program&#39;s email file-handling component.</p> <br />

			I have the same issue from 10.4<br />when using The Bat, &nbsp;and try to answer an email it freez for 20-30 sec.<br />Or when use any another program (change active window) and go back to any of open window of The Bat, it freez for 20-30 sec again.<br />Now I uninstalled 10.4.0.1 &nbsp;and install 10.3.3.3. &nbsp;again, and it is Fine again. <br />I suppose there is a problem with email file handling part of the program. <br />

			I installed 10.4 32bit &nbsp;which seems to work fine. Once I tried to use the calendar function it hung. Restarting made no difference. I tried to go back to 10.1 without success. I uninstalled 10.4 and 10.1 and went to 9.5.1 which works fine. Reinstalling 10.4 didn&#39;t work. Trying repair and it made no difference. Anything else I can try? <br />
