I think there are special fields for this purpose named X-Bat-Delay and X-Bat-Delay-Event. Try to add ones to your header.

I have several fields designated for the header panel and have turned them on for the scrollable part of the header panel, but no scroll bar

Also, there used to be a "postpone" header which is not in the header choices nor is it in the actual header of the email
Is there a way to show that value?
