AFAIR, there is no such a feature for print PDF-file (to Adobe PDF-printer) at once from multiple files (it asks a name to save for every mail). Ask support to add a feature "print all the selected files without promt" for print "to file".

But if you do print to printer it prints multiple pages at once. Check it this few minutes ago, v10.4

After selecting mails I want to print them out continuously, but the only option seems to be one at a time

Another solution would be to export them to a text file, but this has the same problem. One file is generated for each mail.
