I have no experience either with IMAP or message deletion (I keep everything from the beginning of time), but maybe you could try setting the (same) deletion options both for the account and individual folders, and perhaps also set "Use folder-specific deletion settings" (in folder properties -> Deletion).

I have set to keep messages in the base for 90 days and then remove old messages on exit but it looks like it doesn't work on IMAP folders. Running maintenance doesn't help either.

Any clue? The Bat ver 10,5.2.1 (64bit)
