Old preview mode you can return back with a checkbox in the settings.
Options - Preferences - View/Editor - Use Classic Preview Pane (bottom of the page)

I upgraded to Ver 11 and the message viewer looks like a web page and the quick reply is at the bottom.  I never use the quick reply and haven't been able to find a way to get rid of it.  Also how to change the viewer back to Ver 10
