You could create a filter based on age of the messages and run the filter daily to remove the messages. For trash, rightclick on properties and set a retention time.

Please help me define a retention policy for emails in my IMAP folder in TheBat 11.
I need to move all messages older than 6 months to the trash folder and delete messages older than 30 days in the trash folder. Thank you.
