Please use the Support menu above to submit your report to Ritlabs' technical staff. It will probably help if you export one of those messages to an .EML or .MSG file and add it to your ticket. Hi,
I'm new with The Bat! and just testing it. It looks great and after having overcome some beginner's mistakes I got it working. It is impressioning how much it can be customized.
Unfortunately I'm running in problems with the source view or F9. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't (on the same mail!!!) giving me the following error message: https://ibb.co/m44WT20.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
Having a correctly working source view for me is an essential requirement.
