You can always reset password on your post-service site.<br />=============<br />Thanks George.<br />Can you please explain why The Bat set up the software like this?<br />I can understand this if the software is used by multiple users.<br /><br />But even if it is, surely it could be set up so that the admin can always have access to the password and no one else?<br /><br />In my case, due to ISP limitations, I can NEVER reset the password!<br />They generated it and I can never change it!<br /><br />If I mess with the password, delete it etc. I lose all access to the account, permanently. <br />

			In Transport we have :<br /><br />User<br />Password<br /><br />Is it possible to see the password?<br />Using any technique?<br /><br />I have a number of passwords where it would be nice to know what they are.<br />I didn&#39;t record them. These were assigned by my ISP. <br />
