Support's answer may be useful to others in a similar case:

"Please try to re-connect the account "FOLDER NAME" via the menu "Account\New -> Restore from -> Home folder" and select the needed account. In case you are prompted to overwrite data, do not proceed."

The system did not find the email account, but the folder on the disk with the data still existed.
Hurrah!

For all whose will read this topic in the future programs like Acronis or КиберПротект can save your nervous with every week backup. Native TB! backup you can do more rare if you use soft like Acronis.
I restored the mail backup from May 5. I selected a non-existent mailbox from the backup (the system did not find it). After restoring, all emails from the backup appeared. And also those missing from the period May 5 - May 22. So we managed to restore almost everything.
Well, I'll check if I can recover just this account. Technical support hasn't responded since yesterday. I thought they would suggest something.
>> Can recover only this account from a copy?
Why not?

20 days isn't 10 years. Glad that you have backup.
Today, after restarting Windows 11 Pro and running Bat ver 11.1, my main account was deleted. And all history of correspondence sent and received for 10 years. Previously, there were problems with reading threads, messages were empty. Thread view is not working properly!!!
The size of the folder on the disk is similar, so the messages are probably saved somewhere
Is it possible to completely turn off the view of message threads?

The worst version there was, so far it has always worked properly.

I have been using this version for a month on a new computer and there are still some problems with it.
