Just use it old preview. You can choose in the settings. TheBat! good than other soft, because developers try to not kill old things (old address book, old preview are still can be used, etc, etc). We don't have reasons to jump away. We have reasons to say developers where are they don't understand their old users.

Question here that we can't use it new design now with that big buttons, ugly attachment below the first letter, deleted showing of headers panel and some other things, and main here - we don't see and can't use it new useful "New Conversation cross-folders indexed Thread View" with an old preview.

Thanks. I'm a bit surprised at how unwilling to listen to customers the developers seem to be. I have to assume that customers with complete opposite preferences than mine exist, but I have to admit that it surprises me. After all, these days the standard for email is to use a browser, and clients like TheBat are niche.

I've been using TheBat! for more than 25 years, but I'm almost ready to jump ship.

Alternatively, you can use the old message preview pane which doesn't have these annoyances: Options -> Preferences... -> Viewer/Editor -> Use Classic Preview Pane

In Version 11, both the preview box and view window have these very distracting (and, frankly, ugly) buttons "Reply Forward Redirect" right in between the headers and the email text.

How do I remove those buttons? I have checked every option I could think of, and I found nothing.
