I don't know if this will work, but it's what I would try: exit The Bat, back-up your entire mail folder, and then simply replace the current TBB files with the old ones (by renaming them).
I found the solution for the second problem but not for the first. There is a way to force to use previous TBB for inbox?
I have to add a strange thing... Now every time I close The Bat and then I reopen it, the Inbox messages disappears exactly like if I had cleared the cache....

I checked in the "Inbox properties" to be sure that "clear message cache" wasn't selected on exit.

And it's not selected but strangely, every time I exit The Bat, the inbox cache is cleared.... Impossible to use it in this way.....
Hello

For some reason the Bat crashed and after he reloads he decided to clear cache of Inbox and Sent from an Imap Gmail account....
In other words he created two new TBB files. But the old 2 TBB files are still available on the PC.

I don't want The Bat uses the 2 new TBB files because I spent a lot of time to download thousands of emails from Imap. So I have to wait hours and days to have everything downloaded again...

There is a way to force the Bat to use the previous 2 TBB files instead of the 2 just created?

Thanks
