Currently there is no solution for this. Here is reply from support, just for other users that have same problem.

TB Support: Indeed, there is no way to change the "type" of the new folder to display the right headers in the Summary View. At this point we cannot offer any solution. We will discuss the issue with the developers.
Actually, my folder is called "Sent Mail" and the summary view always shows the From field. I never realized different behavior was possible.

You could contact support using the link above and ask for a (quick) fix. Honestly, they should really make the summary view react to view modes - as it now stands only message filtering works. But that would certainly take time, if they get to it at all.
I try it already.. I create two separate views but result is the same. Summary view is defined by TB and you can't influence it.
I think it's hard coded: if "Sent items" then switch From -> To. Therefore other folders are always From.
I don't use the summary view so I don't know whether this will work, but you could try creating a separate view mode for sent items that excludes the From field, and assigning it to the folder.

Actually, first check which view modes are used for the various folders, maybe the appropriate one already exists.
Is there some way to mark, change type of the new folder that Summary view show To? It looks that all new folders are type Inbox.
