I do not remember what was in 10.5.4 version, but for newer versions it is possible to use menu icons in toolbars. Right click on a toolbar and sel ect Customize... fr om context menu. Then mark option Use menu icons for all toolbars on the Options tab.

I was running 10.0.1 for a long time, and I installed 10.5.4 a couple days ago. When I tried to configure TB! to my liking, I couldn't find the settings to change the toolbar icons to smaller.  Did they take it away?
