I'd check the Sorting Office of that account and look for any unknown filters, in particular in the Outgoing Mail and Replied Messages categories.

In the future, remember to include with problem reports:

1) Your version numbers of The Bat (or Voyager) and Windows
2) If it involves a mail account: Does it use POP3, or IMAP? Which major mail provider (if any)?
3) Any other platform info if it could be relevant to your problem (e.g. system browser, antivirus, etc)
4) Explain the things that you have already tried.

Here we go again.
The Bat doing things without my permission.

I just sent a message to an address.
The next thing I see is that The Bat has created a New Folder
dedicated to the address I sent the e-mail to, within the Sent Mail folder !!!

Why would it do that?

I have 1,473 e-mails in the Sent folder.
And now I have 1 e-mail is this new folder.
