Never had this happen. I see three options:

- Uninstall the previous version and try again (back up the message base before that, to be safe)
- Keep using the previous version
- Contact support using the link above

While installing The Bat! v11.4 (64-bit), it appears error N. 2503 and error N. 2502 and the installation ends.

Someone could help me plz?
